Feeding for cancer

Dear Anifit team,

Feeding with cancer - not always an easy thing with cats... here's a little tip:
We all know by now how important the right diet is for cancer. Cereals in particular, because they contain a lot of sugar, promote the growth of cancer.
But changing a cat's diet is not easy, often not even possible. A cat is a bit like my great-grandfather: "What the farmer doesn't know, he doesn't eat!". A cat is taught by its mother what to eat and what not to eat. It remembers this for the rest of its life. For example, if its mother shows it that you start eating a mouse from the head, it will do so for the rest of its life and will never start eating a mouse from the back. If a cat is given tinned food from an early age, it is a long process with a lot of patience to convert it to barf, often it never succeeds. Then you have to find compromises. But even good tinned food is often rejected and you are left with cereal-based or even dry food. You often have to make this compromise, because the most important thing for a sick cat is that it doesn't starve.
In our practice, we often come across sick cats that have been eating 'poorly' for a very long time or have even stopped eating completely. What to do?
Some time ago, a friend recommended a food for my own very fussy cat. There were days when my cat wouldn't touch anything at all. However, she devoured this food immediately. And to this day, it has to be there everywhere. She even eats raw meat again, provided a little of this food is mixed in. She has also put on quite a bit of weight again

Since then, I have also been recommending this food to my patients in the practice who have lost their appetite. And lo and behold, even animals with severe kidney disease started eating again. I am always surprised anew, because the food is free from attractants, which I can't believe!!! It is also grain-free, preservative-free and perfectly composed for a cat with an animal content of up to 99%. Animal by-products are not the usual waste, but only rumen, heart, gullet, liver, chicken stomachs, kidneys, lungs, rumps and carcasses.

But the most important thing for me is that the feed is produced in Sweden, where animal welfare for farm animals is much higher than here. Cows must be kept on pasture and there must be straw and daylight in the stables, antibiotics must not be used prophylactically, etc. So factory farming is simply not possible there! So factory farming is simply not possible there! And that gives me a good feeling when I feed my animals here in a species-appropriate way, which is why meat is necessary for a carnivore.
I have a voucher for the first order, which I am happy to pass on to you here if you would like to try it out for your cat. Unfortunately, this food is not cheap, but the quality and husbandry of the farm animals is absolutely appropriate. The same applies here as with us: if the meat costs 1.50 in the cheap counter, then I don't even want to know what kind of life the animal has had ;-/
